Research & Branding Manager | iRiS Recruiting Solutions | June 2019 - Sept 2021
As the Research and Brand Manager for iRiS Recruiting Solutions, I oversaw designing marketing collateral, content creation, and social media strategies. In addition to this, I assisted the recruiting staff in candidate and client sourcing while managing various recruiting databases. When I started in June of 2019, I collaborated with company leadership to initiate a re-branding strategy. Before I was awarded this position, iRiS had outdated marketing collateral and a limited social media presence. I was hired to assist in developing a cohesive branding strategy to increase brand awareness and improve the company and staff's social media presence.
Campus Coordinator | Ascend Indiana | Jan 2019 - May 2019
As a Campus Coordinator for Ascend, I worked to build employment pathways to opportunities in Indiana for recent graduates and current students. My role was focused on building awareness and brand recognition on the IUPUI Campus, while also raising awareness of the employment opportunities that exist in Indiana. My prime directive was to illustrate how Ascend’s work on campus advocates for students and connects talented graduates to their dream jobs in Indiana. I worked with various student groups, but I focused heavily on coordinating with students at the Herron School of Art. I hosted several well-attended tabling events and provided general career advice over networking, resume writing, and interview preparation.
Student Academic Mentor & Office Coordinator | Bepko Learning Center Jul 2016 - Jan 2019
For two years I acted as an academic mentor for an introductory level Art History course. In this position, I facilitated collaborative sessions which helped my mentees better the understand course material, prepare for exams, and write their papers. My goal was to help students become self-sufficient learners. As a mentor, I dedicated myself to creating a fun, welcoming, and collaborative learning environment which allowed students to bond with one another and become more interested in the course's subject matter.
After I graduated from the Bepko Learning Center's mentoring program, I was promoted to the role of Academic Mentoring Coordinator. As a coordinator for the Bepko Learning Center, I directed teams of academic mentors and guided them throughout their mentoring careers. I personally managed a team of nine academic mentors who tutored a variety of different subjects. I also helped create and facilitate mentoring training for all other mentors alongside other coordinating staff. Lastly, I helped organize and conduct interviews for new mentoring candidates, while managing the daily operations of the mentoring office.
Mentoring Symposium 2017 - 2019
I presented and participated in the annual Academic Mentoring Symposium in 2018 and 2019. For this opportunity, I represented the IUPUI Bepko Learning Center and presented our research on visual methods in mentoring practices to a panel of Academic mentoring professionals from colleges across the US.
Academic Engagement Intern | Newfields Museum of Art May 2017 - August 2017
In this position, I worked with museum staff to help manage their summer camp programs. While working at Newfields I wrote camp newsletters, created camp descriptions, and brainstormed new camp activity ideas. I also assisted with various camp art projects and presentations. Lastly, I helped the museum staff organize lessons and facilitate instruction with the campers. My goal in this position was to inspire the campers to develop a passion for art and museums and to help provide an outlet for their creative energy.

Bachelors of Art | Art History | IUPUI Herron School of Art & Design | Class of 2019
Highlights | Graduated with a 3.75 GPA | Nominated for the IUPUI top 100 award
I received several scholarships and awards throughout my time at IUPUI, all of which can be viewed on a hard copy of my resume (provided upon request). The highlight of my work as an Art History Student was my senior capstone, where I presented my research on 18th-century Rococo painter Maurice Quentin De La Tour. My paper argued against the generalization of Rococo art, particularly in the case of De La Tour's work. Since the IUPUI Art History faculty positively reviewed my work, I was given the opportunity to present alongside other IUPUI students at the 2019 IUPUI Research Fair.
